Yes, most in-patient bed spaces are supplied with a bedside TV/Phone, operated by Hospedia.

Is the system free or is there a charge for patients, or is the service chargeable for either all or some content?
 
Answer To Question 2:
The majority, but not all wards or all bed spaces, are provided with bedside TV/phone. The system is operated by Hospedia and charges set by them, apply.

Does the system offer information services in addition to entertainment, for example nurse call or meal ordering?

Answer To Question 6:
Patients can bring their own devices and access a public wi fi network, charging facilities are provided on a protected ring main, in the Trust operated catering outlets.

If yes, does your own IT team support the patient facing devices?

We do not offer streaming services.
We have 450 beds across 22 wards
